Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RoleRadar AI ("the Service"), operated by RoleRadar AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

RoleRadar AI monitors public Singapore job listings, filters ghost jobs and duplicate postings, ranks roles against your resume and target, and provides a visa signal based on available evidence. We help you act faster on live roles that match your profile.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Credits and billing

• The Service operates on a credit-based model. One credit equals one smart search.
• Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan tier (Free, Plus, or Pro).
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface.

5. Visa signal disclaimer

The visa signal is an evidence-based indicator, not a guarantee. It reflects employer wording and verified candidate reports at the time of display. Visa outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including employer decisions and government policy. We do not provide immigration advice.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your resume is used only for matching and is never shared with employers without your explicit action.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding on the Service are owned by RoleRadar AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

RoleRadar AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for job application outcomes, employer decisions, visa results, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
