At product launch, you will also be able to upload your resume. Your resume is used exclusively for matching you to relevant roles.

• To understand your role target and prioritise early-access invitations.
• To match you to live Singapore job listings when the product launches.
• To send you one notification when early access is available for your profile.
• To improve the quality of our matching algorithms in aggregate (no individual data is exposed).

3. What we do not do

• We do not share your resume with any employer without your explicit action.
• We do not send marketing emails beyond early-access updates unless you opt in.
• We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to job matching and product improvement.

5. Data retention

We retain your early-access form data until product launch and account creation. If you do not create an account within 12 months of launch, we delete your waitlist data. You can request deletion at any time.
