Why this exists
RoleRadar AI was built from firsthand expat job-search experience in Singapore. The public job market here is noisy: duplicate postings across boards, ghost listings that waste time, and no reliable way to know whether a role will sponsor your visa before you apply.
We built RoleRadar AI to compress the time between a role going live and an expat candidate acting on it. Advanced matching ranks openings against your resume. Duplicate detection groups recycled reposts. A visa signal with clear evidence labels tells you whether sponsorship is unknown, reported, or employer-stated.
The result: fewer, better-timed roles. Less wasted effort. A clearer signal on what is realistic for your move.

RoleRadar AI is a small team based in Singapore. The product is built for expat candidates who cannot afford to waste time on weak-fit roles, recycled listings, or unclear visa situations.

Current status
